Israel-linked spy network held: Iran
TEHRAN: Iran has arrested a network of spies linked to Israels Mossad intelligence service that was behind the assassination of an Iranian nuclear scientist in 2010,its state television reported on Monday. The network of spies and terrorists linked to 8230; Mossad was destroyed, state television quoted a statement issued by the intelligence ministry as saying. The network was behind the assassination of Masoud Ali-Mohammadi a nuclear scientist.
US,China say deeper military ties needed

Maid abuse: Saudi woman gets 3 years
DUBAI: A Saudi woman was sentenced to three years in jail for burning her Indonesian housemaid Sumiati with an iron in a first such conviction in the Kingdom,as her treatment triggered an international outcry. The Summary Court in Madina on Sunday found the Saudi employer woman,who was not named,guilty under the newly enacted anti-human trafficking royal decree and jailed her for three years,the Saudi Gazette reported.
Gilani accepts 10 demands of PML-N
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani accepted key 10 demands of the main the PML-N,including investigating graft charges. The two parties have also reached an agreement on continuing the alliance between the PPP and PML-N in Punjab,Gilani said. Peoples Party-led government had already rolled back an unpopular fuel price hike due to pressure from the PML-N and Muttahida Qaumi Movement.
