An Army Naik was killed as Pakistani troops,in yet another incident of ceasefire violation,resorted to unprovoked firing at forward Indian positions along the LoC in Poonch district on Wednesday evening.
Identifying the deceased Army soldier as Naik Rajinder Singh,sources said this was the second ceasefire violation in the area by Pakistani troops during the last three days and 13th in the year.

The Pakistani firing came on Kranti and Kirpan posts,sources said,adding that the Indian side also retaliated and small arms fire was going on at intermittent intervals.
In the firing from across the LoC three days ago,a BSF personnel was injured in Krishna Ghati sector.
