AP Paper open offer starts May 26

Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills open offer will begin on May 26 and close on June 14.

US paper and packaging company International Paper Co8217;s open offer for an additional 21.5 per cent in Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills will begin on May 26 and close on June 14,according to a public announcement.

On March 29,International Paper had said it intends to buy a majority stake in Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills for about 257 million in cash to gain a foothold in the growing Asian market.
