Virbhadra vs Dhumal

RECORD: In his political career that started way back in 1962, Virbhadra has been elected to Lok Sabha three times and has taken oath as the Chief Minister five times. In Assembly elections, he has registered only one defeat from Jubbal and Kotkhai seat in 1990.

A protege of Shanta Kumar, Dhumal led the BJP Government in the last Assembly. He is a three-time MP and has remained MLA twice.

BANK DEPOSITS: Virbhadra Singh has Rs 2,43,80,872 in various bank accounts, including FDs and PPF. His wife Pratibha Singh has Rs 2,92,6054 in her bank accounts.

Dhumal has Rs 11.64 lakh in fixed deposits. In cash, Dhumal has claimed that he has just Rs 36,000 and Rs 15,000 in Kisan Vikas Patra.His wife Shiela Dhumal has Rs 7.19 lakh in fixed deposits.

JEWELLERY: Virbhadra mentions jewellery worth Rs 21 lakh under the column of his wife and 2 kg of gold.

Dhumal has 89 grams of gold while his wife Shiela has two diamond sets and 450 grams of gold.

VEHICLES: Virbhadra owns two vehicles 8212; a Honda City and a Scorpio.

Dhumal has a 2007 model Toyota Innova car.
