FEBRUARY 26: If you are looking for a dash of verve in your life then check out the millennium issue of Verve. Their latest issue has Raveena Tandon on the cover, shot by Atul Kasbekar, and she looks better than ever if that's possible. By the way, this is one magazine worth judging by its cover inside there is more Raveena, modelling Rocky S creations for their fashion pages. There are also fashion spreads of former models Queenie Singh Dhody and Rhea Pillai Dutt in their Sunday best, posing in and around the streets of Mumbai. To go with the stunning visuals are some well-researched, well- written articles like a candid interview with Tarun Tahiliani and sister Tina Parikh, plus a piece on siblings Ratna and Supriya Pathak talking about their dramatic legacy. But perhaps the nicest part of the magazine is the editorial by Anuradha Mahindra where she talks about her late father-in-law.This time the magazine qualifies as a true `millennium' issue because the ideas that drive it are timeless. Kudos to the editorial team under the hawk eye of Mala Vaishnav for sticking to high-quality.Available at leading news stands.
