CHANDIGARH, April 7: Twelve jhuggis were reduced to ashes when fire broke out in Palsora village here today. According to officials, no loss to life or property was reported.The fire broke out in the Pir colony in Palsora village around noon. The fire tenders managed to control the fire within minutes.

The cause of fire could not be ascertained but the officials said that such incidents of fire normally occurred in this kind of weather. This is the second incident of fire in Palsora within two weeks.
