Most of us are as familiar with Korean food as we are with black holes. Usually, it is thought that Korean food is synonymous with a vegetable dish called Kimchi. However, there8217;s a popular concoction of the Koreans that deserves to be much loved. It is known as Sujeonggwa.

A traditional fruit punch, Sujeonggwa is a mildly hot, spicy and sweet beverage. It has distinct flavours of ginger and cinnamon. It is often served with pine nuts. Although earlier it was served at exclusively at special occasions like weddings, these days it is a must on Korean dessert menus.

It is also available extensively in canned form although there8217;s nothing better than freshly made Sujeonggwa to end a whole Korean meal. Try the drink at India Jones, Trident.
