PUNE, Nov 12: A 22-year-old sub contractor working on construction of a tunnel of the expressway at Kurunjgaon village in Maval taluka was killed when he was hit by the lid of a grouting machine on Friday evening.

Wadgaon Maval police ascertained his identity as Dhananjay Laxman Pol 22 of Sudarshan Nagar area in Chinchwad. Police have filed a case of accidental death.
