A travel agent has been arrested on the charge of human trafficking and 616 passports and Rs 28 lakh in cash have been seized from his office here. A police team raided Shivam Enterprises at Dilkhusha market on a tip-off and arrested its proprietor Rajeev Soni, who was unable to explain why so many passports were found at the office, SP S K Kalia said on Thursday.
