
Thierry Henry appeared in his 100th match for France8217;s 1-0 win over Colombia, playing 76 minutes in Les Bleus8217; final friendly before the European Championship.
Henry was fouled to set up France8217;s only goal, a 24th-minute penalty by Franck Ribery past goalkeeper Agustino Julio.
He had several chances of his own, a fifth-minute curling shot wide of the post, and almost managing to run onto Florent Malouda8217;s 50-meter pass in the 18th.
He also went close in the 42nd with a curling free kick that forced Julio into a leaping save, but was shown a yellow card in the 62nd for a late tackle.
8220;The 100th cap is beautiful,8221; Henry said. 8220;There are not many strikers who achieve that.8221; He was replaced by Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka with 14 minutes remaining, and some fans whistled as he left the field.

He hinted last month that he could retire from international football after Euro 2008. The FC Barcelona striker, who made his international debut 11 years ago, is France8217;s all-time leading scorer with 44 goals.
