MYSORE, June 3: Less fancied Tequila Ride, trained by M Eshwer and ridden by Rajeev Pandey claimed the Karnataka Gold Cup, the main event of the races held here today.

The winner is owned by Rajeev Malik. Trainer M Eshwer and jockey Rajeev Pandey combination scored a double, while trainer PK Raju scored a brace.

Punters burnt their fingers as only one favourite obliged in card of seven events.
