CHANDIGARH, March 29: Sunil Kumar and Neha Singh won the men's and girls under-16 titles respectively in the Chandigarh State Tennis Championship at the Sector 10 Tennis Stadium here today.International junior players Sunil Kumar toyed with Saurabh Singh 6-3, 6-1 in the men's singles final. Neha Singh, daughter of Baldev Singh, Chandigarh Sports Department coach, defeated Mallika Malhotra 6-2, 6-3 in the girls under-16 final.Chatwinder Singh lifted the boys under-16 title by beating Anoop Anand 6-4, 6-4. Chandwinder claimed the boys under-18 title. However, he has to face a tough challenge from Akash Sharma who went down fighting. After splitting the first two sets, Chandwinder won the decider in tie-breaker.
