
June 10: The company8217;s area of business includes high-end IT training and software services. It has tie-ups with Oracle Software, IBM Global Services, Lotus, Microsoft and Sylvan for offering authorised training to individuals and corporates, accounting for 40 per cent of its business.
Software services accounts for 60 per cent of its business with domestic services contributing 10 per cent to it. Total income from software services and education was Rs 19.03 crore with profit after tax amounting to Rs 256.03 lakh for the nine months ended December 1998.
Post-issue the promoters share in the firm would come down from 45 per cent to 35 per cent, while that of ICCI Venture and RCTC would come down from 45 per cent to 32 per cent. The public will hold around 28 per cent equity post issue.
The proposed expansion of the firm has been estimated to cost Rs 25.75 crore and will involve establishing development centres in USA and Singapore, besides setting up a subsidiary in Europe. An offshore developmentcentre is being planned at Hyderabad and education centres in major cities are to be expanded.
