You have to be born with a silver spoon in your mouth to be a star. That8217;s what seems to be the case in Bollywood at least. Cruel to outsiders, star children are not only given a priority but also several second chances. For every Hrithik Roshan there are several Puru Raj Kumars and Fardeen Khans. And yet, the minute a film actor has a child, a star is born. Here are five genetically-perfect debutants:

KAREENA KAPOOR:

Saying hello to audiences along with Abhishek Bachchan will be choti beti of Daboo and Babita Kapoor, Kareena, who also makes a splash with Refugee. After much dieting, Kareena is apparently in fine shape to match her big sister Karisma jhatkas. Coming from the Kapoor khandaan also helps add to the allure of inevitable stardom. Watch out for her in Abbas-Mastan8217;s Ajnabi and Milan Luthria8217;s Chori Chori 8212; also this year.

ESHA DEOL:

Only a few days ago, this daughter of Dharmendra and Hema Malini gave her mahurat shot for the Boney Kapoor-produced Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche, which will mark her debut, and will pair her opposite Aftab Shivdasani. The pretty lass has also been signed up by Pantaloon Fashions for their first Hindi production, Na Tum Jano Na Hum which teams Esha with Hrithik Roshan. It seems that Bollywood is already expecting the sequel to Dream Girl.

TUSHAR KAPOOR:

Son of Jumping Jack Jeetendra, Tushar Kapoor has been signed by producer Vashu Bhagnani to make his first appearance on celluloid in a movie directed by Satish Kaushik, tentatively titled Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai. Tushar, who turned down an offer from producer-sister Ekta to feature in the family8217;s first home production, is expected to do his second film for the home company. After all, he owes his big break to his star genes. The big question is: can he fill into his father8217;s white shoes or not?

UDAY CHOPRA:

What better launching pad than a movie directed by Aditya Chopra? Uday, who will star in bade bhaiyya Adi8217;s Mohabbatein, produced by papa Yash Chopra teams up with buddy Jugal Hansraj and a bunch of talented actors including Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan. The movie is slated for a Diwali 2000 release. And bets are on that Uday will give a performance worthy of the Chopra family! Just the teaming up of the three Chopras has bookies rubbing their hands with glee.
