NAGPUR, DECECEMBER 21: Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh has asked Minister of State for Home Kripa Shankar Singh to submit a report on his observations about the police machinery during the surprise visit Singh paid to some of the police stations and the control room in the city on Saturday night.

In an informal discussion with a group of newsmen on Monday, Deshmukh said that he has taken a serious note of Singh’s observation during the visit and said action would be taken against erring police officials.
