Maharashtra Triathlon Association will hold the ninth Maharashtra State Triathlon Championship at Balewadi, Pune on Sept 26. Entries should reach the Association office by Sept 18. Tel: 2618567.
Weekend b8217;ball
A meeting of secretaries, managers and coaches of all the teams participating in the UPL Weekend basketball leagues, conducted by the Hoop A Loop sports management group, is called on Saturday, September 11 at 6.30 p.m. at the MSSA-Castrol Schools Sports Centre, Azad Maidan. The meeting is to appraise the team officials about the modalities of the leagues.
Campos bridge
The Rs. 30,000 State-level bridge tournament for the Orlando Campos Trophy, conducted by the Bombay Contract Bridge Association, will be held on the two coming successive weekends. The team of four duplicate will be held on Sept 11 and 12, while Open pairs and Board-a-match will be held on Sept 25 and 26.
