ROHHTAK, DEC 24: The alleged baby-killer Satish confessed to the abduction, rape and murder of ten girls in the court of S. Thakur, Judicial Magistrate Bahadurgar yesterday.

He admitted to the kidnapping of 14 minor girls and to the murder of 10 of them. He said that he was aware of the fact that his confessional statement would be used against him during the trial in the court. He said he was making the statement without any external pressure. Satish was arrested last month.

Looting bid: A bid to loot a branch of PNB situated at Dadritoi village was foiled yesterday.According to information four persons wrapped in blankets entered the bank branch at noon and demanded keys of the strong room of the cashier. 8220;keys are with the manager8221;, said the cashier. Unable to find the keys they locked the employees in the room and ran away. Later the employees raised alarm and the room was opened.

A case has been registered under section 342 and 393 of Indian Penal Code.

No arrest has been made so far.
