CHANDIGARH, MARCH 22: The Department of Evening Studies, PU, is organising a seminar on “Structural Changes and Human Face” on March 25. The seminar aims at taking stock of the policies of economic liberalisation on people of India and focus on the Indian version of globalisation as an alternative to capitalism-sponsored globalisation.
