CHANDIGARH, Nov 27: The Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board today disbursed loans for self-employment. Minister of State for Industries Sucha Singh Langah presided over the function.

According to Board chairman Om Parkash Bhardwaj, a total amount of Rs 6.85 crore has been given to 2,500 beneficiaries during this month. He assured all help for self-employment schemes.

Karnail Singh, director, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, assured full cooperation for providing the necessary funds.
