We need to maintain a continuous back-up of power as our clients demand uninterrupted supply and we provide 24215;7 services to our customers. There is definitely a need to improve the power situation, which is a nationwide problem.
A lot of credit should be given to the state government for fostering an environment which allowed service-based industries to flourish and become world-class.
The Indian service industry is poised to change the landscape of the country in the same way China changed due to the manufacturing sector. However, due to the phenomenal success of these industries in the State, the pace of development of infrastructure is lagging behind and needs to pick up for Bangalore to retain its Tier-I status.
