Rename PU stadium after Capt Batra8217; HSA

The two stated that Capt Batra8217;s name had been recommended both for the Paramveer Chakra and the Mahaveer Chakra for his successfully leading the capture of point 5140 and later laying down his life while capturing point 4875.

Madaan stated that the university authorities should take a decision regarding several seats which were lying vacant in the departments of Sanskrit and Music.

Other demands raised by the organisation included that photostat machines, tenders for which were invited for installation at the departments of Laws, Mathematics and Mata Gujari Hall be made functional at the earliest. It was stated that the delay had occured because the university authorities were not providing adequate space for the machines.
