Rajkumar bail plea rejected

Vijay Mandal may have been lucky in securing bail, but Rajkumar has to wait for some more days to walk out of Dasna prison where he and Krishna are lodged. Special magistrate Sapna Mishra Tripathi rejected the bail plea of Rajkumar on Tuesday after CBI counsel R K Saini argued there were serious allegations like destruction of evidence against Rajkumar.

However, defence counsel Naresh Yadav argued that CBI has no evidence against the domestic help of the Duranis, the Talwar couple8217;s friends. 8220;We have told the court since the beginning of the case that the domestic helps are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the murder case. Rajkumar should be released as there is no evidence against him,8221; Yadav submitted before the court. The defence later filed

Rajkumar8217;s bail application in the court of sessions judge Rama Jain who will hear the application on September 19.
