Committee president Angrez Singh said the demands8217; charter was submitted to the Administration a few months back. The demands include that claims should be settled in one go and a commission should be set up, headed by a High Court judge, to investigate into the affidavits filed wrongfully and that migrants should not be allowed o settle in the city limits or even outside it, he said.

The committee has also demanded the right of disposing of land to the owners in four villages under the municipal limits.
