Renowned swimmer Mihir Sen, the first Indian to cross the English Channel, died tonight at Anandalok hospital here. Sen, 66, died of acute myocardial infraction, bronchoneumonia complicated with septocaemia.
He is survived by his wife Bela and daughters.
