Petrol pumps closed on Tuesday
All petrol pumps in the city will remain closed on May 26 Tuesday as a mark of protest against an article carried by a city-based daily.

According to a press release issued by Petrol Dealers Association, Pune, the article, related to trade of adulterated petrol, cast aspersion on the integrity of the petrol dealers in Pune and other persons connected with the petroleum trade.

Woman killed
A woman was killed after being hit by a State Transport ST bus Saturday morning on Pune-Satara Road near Gultekdi Market Yard. The mishap took place when driver of Pune-Sangli ST bus lost control of the bus in which the bus hit the 60-year-old woman.
