PSEB staff stir at office gate

The agitating employees today got a big boost when the three unions of thermal plants, Guru Nanak Dev Thermal Plant Employees8217; Union, Bathinda, Ropar Thermal Plant Employees8217; Union, Ropar and Lehra Mohabbat Thermal Plant Employees8217; Union, decided to extend support to the PSEB Employees8217; Struggle Committee8217;s call for strike on November 11. The three unions have also served legal notices to their respective board management regarding the strike.

The agitating PSEB employees raised anti-management slogans during the gherao. Addressing the dharna, all committee leaders condemned the Board management for not implementing all the accepted demands raised by the committee.

The leaders warned the Board management to accept and implement the demands soon or face the agitation.
