Turkey to deduct points for fixing

Turkeys football federation says it will deduct points from teams who have attempted to rig games. The federation,struggling to take disciplinary action against teams implicated in a match-fixing scandal,announced the rule change on Monday. Federation head Yildirim Demiroren said an ethics committee has concluded that there is no evidence that attempts to fix games were reflected on the field.
