Priest attacked

VARANASI: A Christian priest was injured in an attack by unidentified people here this morning.

The priest, Ramesh Shaw, has been admitted to Sir Sunderlal Hospital here with deep wounds on the face. Christian organisations here said the priest, who lived in Kandwa area, would hold prayers in his house and had recently been receiving threats from fundamentalist organisations.
