NEW DELHI, Sept 17: Parts of north and west Delhi will again suffer day-long power cuts on Friday with the Delhi Vidyut Board DVB taking up maintenance work. Areas which will be affected by power cuts from 9 am to 5 pm are Mukherjee Nagar, Tagore Garden, Tilak Nagar, Vishnu Garden, Chaukhandi, Ghitorni village, Sultanpur village, Gadaipur Village, Mandi Village, Ayanagar, the Radar and NBCC Feeder.
