Police clueless on NTPC employees146; abduction

Three days after three employees of the National Thermal Power Corporation NTPC were abducted from Godda by unidentified armed men on Saturday, the police remain clueless about their whereabouts. 8220;Despite our best efforts, we have not been able to make any progress in the case. We have no clue either,8221; a senior police officer told The Indian Express on Monday.

Those abducted have been identified as NTPC Farakka-based plant8217;s Senior Superviser Deep Jyoti Acharya, another employee Subroto Das and driver Motiur Ansari. They together with Ram Mandal had reportedly come from Farakka for official work.
