CHANDIGARH, Oct 6: The Tehri Garhwal Gram Sudhar Samiti has condemned the quot;illegalquot; detention of police constable Bhag Chand by the Sector 36 police. The Samiti said Inspector Baljit Singh Chadha and SIs Sukhdip Singh and Baljit Singh were quot;brutalquot; in dealing with Chand and appealed to the authorities that the guilty be charged and suspended.
