CHANDIGARH, MARCH 18: Hussain Baksh, a famous Pakistani singer, who traces his lineage to the Patiala gharana, is scheduled to perform at Tagore Theatre tomorrow.

Organised by the Department of Cultural Affairs, Haryana government, Baksh8217;s concert at Tagore Theatre will be the first ever by him in this part of the county after Partition. A specialist in 8220;tappa8221;, 8220;ghazal8221; and Punjabi lok geet, his concert will be in a light classical vein. The programme will commence at 6.30 p.m.
