NEW DELHI, May 13: The Seventh Rajiv Smriti Puraskar, 1998, has been presented to veteran Pakistani singer Ustad Salamat Ali Khan. The award ceremony will be on May 14. The Art and Culture Foundation instituted the award in 1992 and it is presented to a person who has made a meaningful contribution to international brotherhood, the strengthening of democratic forces and the promotion of art and culture.
