PUNE, Sept 20: Manish T Pednekar 22 was arrested by the crime branch sleuths on Friday, on charges of harassing a 65-year-old woman residing in Deccan Gymkhana area by making obscene telephone calls.
Manish allegedly made several telephone calls to her in the last four months. The frustrated woman had moved a complaint application before Deputy Commissioner of Police Crime Ramrao Pawar.
Acting on the complaint, Inspector Bharati Kurhade and Sub Inspector Sushama Savant traced the calls to Manish, who was caught making a call.
