Now a book on Sreesanth!
A book on Indian pace bowler S Sreesanth, titled Keralathinte Sreesanth was released in Kochi.
A book on Indian pace bowler Shanthakumaran Sreesanth, titled Keralathinte Sreesanth written by Malayalam daily Mathrubhumi8217;s Sports Magazine editor K Viswanath, was released in Kochi.
Mathrubhumi8217;s Director M V Shreyamskumar, MLA released the book by handing over a copy of the book to the speedster, at a function, which was attended by Indian cricketer Robin Uthappa and renowned cricket commentator Charu Shamra, on Wednesday night.
The book describes in detail the progress achieved by the pace bowler en route to team India.
Another feature of the book was that it contains a poem penned by the cricketer himself. The book releasing function was held along with the launching of a 8216;cricket homestay8217; in Kochi, in which former Kerala Ranji player J K Mahendra, Sreesanth, Uthappa, and Charu Sharma are joint partners.
Speaking on the occasion, Uthappa hoped that the book will help Sreesanth achieve many laurels in cricket in future. Sreesanth said the book will encourage him to perform better.
Those who attended included Malayalam film actor Dileep and family members of both Sreesanth and Uthappa.
