National Integration camp held

CHANDIGARH, Nov 29: The seven-day Pre-Republic Day Parade-cum-National Integration camp organised by NSS Regional Centre concluded today amidst cultural festivities. The valedictory function was presided over by Haryana Education Minister Ram Bilas Sharma. The NSS volunteers were prepared for the upcoming Republic Day parade. Thirty volunteers would be selected out of the 180 to participate in the parade.

The role of the NSS volunteers for sustainable development in the post independent India was appreciated by the chief guest. The certificates of participation and mementos were given away to the participants, the Programme Officers from seven northern states and to the organisers from the NSS Regional Centre.
