SANGLI, July 26: Minister of State Shivajirao Naik who resigned from his post to join the Nationalist Congress Party NCP has betrayed the alliance government on the eve of the State asembly elections, Anna Dange, district guardian minister, has alleged.
Speaking to newspersons here, Dange said that Naik, an independent MLA, who was in the alliance government ministry for the last four and half years had time and again promised that he would never betray the Sena 8211; BJP alliance government. By severing his ties, Naik has also betrayed his voters, Dange alleged.
