MUMBAI, JANUARY 20: University of Mumbai regained the All-India Inter-university squash title afer a year, defeating J N Vyas University, Jodhpur, 3-1 in the final at the Cricket Club of India Courts on Thursday.
Delhi University finished third after defeating Devi Ahilya University, Indore 3-0.
Jodhpur’s Harendra Pal Singh defeated Siddharth Thakkar 2-9, 9-7, 9-7, 9-4 to put Vyas ahead. But Vija Jangra rallied to beat Deepak Rathi while Ashul Manchanda and Saket Wali warapped up the proceedings.

AN unbeaten century by Amit Pagnis and a seven-wicket haul by Hrishikesh Shende were the features of the two-day BICHIP under-22 cricket tournament at Bombay Gymkhana on Thursday.
Pagnis (102: 10×4) shared an undefeated 164-run stand with Amit Aroskar (90: 10×4) and took Bombay Gymkhana to 365-3 against Catholic Gymkhana.
Off-spinner Shende took seven wickets for Islam Gymkhana.
