Mukti8217;s efforts praised

CHENNAI, April 15: The 12th anniversary celebrations of Mukti, an association providing free artificial limbs to the physically handicapped, was held in the city today. TMC leader G K Moopanar, participating in the function, commended the efforts of the organisation8217;s founder, Meena Dadha, and all other members. He promised to take up with the Government the question of providing free bus passes for the handicapped, as well as concessions for air travel.
