Metaphor mantri

The ninth meeting of the UPA-Left panel on the nuclear deal on June 25 might have been a wasteful exercise. But for Lalu Prasad Yadav it was an enlightening experience. There he learnt for the first time what uranium is capable of. After the meeting he was heard telling some of his close people at Rail Bhavan: 8220;Uranium me kitna power hai aaj pata chala. Talab mein sirf ek kilo uranium daal doge to paani ekdam uchhal jaayega I learnt today how powerful uranium is. Put a kilo in a pond and waves will form.8221; Many think the seasoned politician was using the imagery of a pond to allude to the UPA-Left combination. Now will he ride the wave? Wait and watch.
