Meet on personality development organised

Dr Reddy8217;s Foundation for Health Education conducted a two-day workshop on personality development at Mohan Dai Oswal Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation. The team of experts comprised Manpreet Kaur, Davinder and Gagan.

The resourceperson, Manpreet Kaur emphasised on importance of motivation, goal-setting, understanding oneself and others, rapport-building, conflict-management, communication and counselling skills, team work, and time and stress management.

Dr Saish Jain, director of the hospital, said that nurses played a very important part along with doctors in the patient8217;s care and recovery.
