CHANDIGARH, Jan 5: Director of PGI, Prof B. K. Sharma, advised the media to give adequate exposure to measures aiming at eradicating pollution and controlling population. He was speaking at the meeting of the Inter Media Publicity Coordination Committee, held at the PGI yesterday. The meeting was attended by senior faculty members of the PGI and the Deputy Principal Secretary of the Press Information Bureau, according to a press release issued by D Behera, Joint Medical Superintendent PGI.Sharma urged the government related media to use Doordarshan for the purpose of educating people on various health related problems, it was added.
