Eighteen years after a man was booked for dacoity in a dera, a designated TADA court on Monday acquitted him for want of evidence. Mahinder Singh Titu was produced before the designate TADA court of Additional Sessions Judge Buaji Sansi, who after listening to the arguments of both the defence and the prosecution, ordered his acquittal due to lack of evidence. Other six accused in the case have already been acquitted.
