FEBRUARY 8: Little Flower High School defeated Vasant Vihar Vidyalaya by six wickets in the all-Thane final of the 17th H T Bhandary Inter-School cricket tournament boys under-15, organised by Sportsmen Cricket Club and sponsored by Bhandary Conductor Company, at the Subhash maidan, Kalyan. Brief scores:
Vasant Vihar Vidyalaya 164 all out in 40 overs Shailesh 56, Manjyot Singh 49; Vishal 3-19, Vinit 3-29 lost to Little Flower 167-4 in 39.3 overs Saurabh 60.
