LIC agents hold dharna

CHANDIGARH, SEPT 7: Development officers and agents working in the Life Insurance Corporation of India held a joint demonstration at the LIC Division office Chandigarh to oppose the proposed Draft of Agents8217; Regulations, 1999. A press release issued by Hardeep Singh, president of the Chandigarh Division of the National Federation of Insurance Field Workers of India, Divisional Association, stated that the regulations are anti-employees and will affect the of those who want to make careers as LIC agents.
