Aishwarya Rai is not the only common factor between her ex-flame Salman Khan and latest squeeze Vivek Oberoi. Turns out a few of their films and their titles also bond the two.

The whole world and its grandmother knows that Vivek Oberoi is playing the title role in Subhash Ghai8217;s Kisna. The film, simultaneously being shot in English, has Oberoi playing a village boy. Nothing wrong with that, other than the fact that Salman Khan is also playing 8216;8216;something like that8217;8217; in his home production, suitably titled Kisan. It is to be directed by Puneet Sira8212;who is also behind the camera for Sohail Khan8217;s I-Proud To Be An Indian.

Says Sira, 8216;8216;Kisan is a hard-hitting action film where Salman does what he hasn8217;t till date.8217;8217; Younger brother Sohail plays the second lead.

Kisan will roll in July/August and will be shot in Rajasthan. Sira explains the title, 8216;8216;It raises contemporary issues based around the lives of peasants.8217;8217;

Ghai8217;s Kisna, meanwhile, is a period tale about the coming of age of the protagonist. Ghai commenced shooting in January and will soon take his crew to Ranikhet and Delhi for an extensive outdoor stint.
