THALASSERY, JAN 7: Kerala, following-on, dashed defending champion Karnataka8217;s hopes of an outright win, scoring 262-5 to settle for a draw, after the match was called off with 10 mandatory overs remaining in the South Zone Ranji Trophy match today.

Karnataka, who were assured of a berth in the Super League, ended the league phase with 29 points, while Kerala finished with 19.

CHENNAI: The South Zone league match between Tamil Nadu and Andhra ended in a draw. However, Tamil Nadu collapsed from 441-5 at lunch to 465 all out, giving Andhra a lead of 30 runs.
