
Karnataka seek to avenge the Pune defeat at the hands of arch-rivals Maharashtra, when the kho-kho competition begins at the Hombegowda Nagar ground tomorrow. Clashes between these two teams are always close and tense affairs.The hosts are seen as the strongest side in the competition with a good number of all-rounders.
In the absence of team lists, the composition of the Maharashtra side was not known till evening.A total of eight teams have been invited and then have been divided into two groups and the top two move into the semis.
