JAMMU, December 24: Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Speaker Ali Mohammad Naik was a sympathiser of the outlawed Harkat-ul-Ansar HUA militant outfit in Kashmir, according to Ghulam Nabi Baba alias Parvez Baba, deputy supreme commander of the HUA.
