CHANDIGARH, Dec 7: A workshop on Prospects of Information Technology Industry 8211; Problems, Challenges and Opportunities8217; was held at the University Business School, Panjab University, this morning.
The participants stressed the need for a government policy to invite IT firms from abroad to set up units in the country in order to avoid manpower export from India.
